The villas are as stylish and comfortable as a hotel suite, but with the privacy and flexibility of a private home. The service, equivalent to a luxury hotel, includes on-call maid service and in house spa services by appointment. The seasons villas consist of four exclusive villas, located high up on a hill overlooking the island of Zakynthos. The property's privileged position offers stunning views and all the convenience of being steps away from Ai Heli beach. Amenities complimentary on first day of arrival.

Each villa can accommodate four adults and two children comfortably. It features a large living room facing a terrace with endless sea views. Next to the living room, there is a dining area which leads to a modern open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the Ionian Sea.

The Seasons Villas are located in Svoronata, southwest part of Kefalonia, approximately 4 miles south of Argostoli, and 2 miles south of Lassi. Svoronata village itself is situated about a mile inland, with three surrounding beaches; Ammes, Avithos and Ai Heli.

Cancellation Policy

56 days prior to arrival – 50% charge

Less than 21 days prior or on arrival date, a no show – 100% charge.

A credit card number is required upon arrival for security reasons and will discarded on the departure date provided no deductions are made due to:

damage to the property or furnishings dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.

Housekeeping Services 3 times per week: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

There is daily housekeeping service for an additional charge.

We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
